At NSC we strive to make faith, the Bible and Jesus accessible to everyone, regardless of familiarity with them. Many people today associate church with negative things like boredom, irrelevance, pretentiousness and hypocrisy. We recognize that the character of a church is often a reflection of the collective character of the people who attend it, and therefore it will never be perfect (since none of us are perfect). Still, we work hard to get rid of those ugly qualities just mentioned.
